Lettie knew she was high-maintenance, but it never concerned her before, and it wasn't about to start. It went along, she supposed, with being an elf. At least she was nowhere near as demanding as some of her peers.
Her grin turned slightly more delighted as Rem blushed and she had to bite down on her lip to keep a giggle at bay. "Why don't you undress for me," she told the oni, brushing her hand against Rem's cheek and leaning in for a quick kiss. "I'll be right back."
She disappeared out of the room, returning moments later carrying a vial of oil, something sweet smelling and designed to relax the muscles.
Hearing that request along with the kiss made Rem's blush much worse "O-of course." She never minded being naked in front of Lettie, but the attention was still something she had to get used to. Lettie would find that while Rem was embarrassed to start once she got into it Rem lost most of that inhibition.
Just as requested Rem took off the maid uniform she typically wore. By the time Lettie was back Rem was bare for her. Despite any impulses to cover up Rem's arms remained at her side.
"So should I lay on the bed or did you stealthily buy a massage table when I wasn't looking?" She was mostly teasing, but you never totally knew with Lettie.
"You would have known if I'd done that, darling," Lettie said as she returned. She knew Rem was mostly teasing, but she had considered it. "I'd have to rearrange the rooms if I had gotten a massage table. I have considered it, though." She grinned at her girlfriend with a wink, waving her toward the bed. "On your stomach."
She busied herself with rolling up her sleeves, then reconsidering and stripping off her top, leaving her in a light chemise and skirts. It meant she didn't need to worry about sleeves getting in her way. As Rem settled on the bed, she poured a generous amount of the massage oil in her hands, rubbing them together to warm the oil.
Rem smiled at that "Well you do tend to surprise me from time to time." Really she wouldn't be entirely shocked if she somehow made one appear with magic.
She obediently did as she was asked. Rem laid out on her stomach, arms at her side and head tilted to look at the side of the bed Lettie would use unless she decided to do the massage by straddling her or something else.
Even if she was happy and enjoying her relationship with Lettie it was a bit embarrassing to be out on display like this. Her cheeks were going to be permanently pink for a while.
"Only good surprises, though," she teased. "If I did bring in a massage table, I'd talk to you about it first, at least to figure out where to put it."
Lettie rubbed her hands together, making sure the oil was warm to the touch before placing her hands on Rem's back. "How are you feeling, darling?" she asked as she ran her fingers down Rem's back lightly, then back up, applying a little more pressure before setting on her shoulders. "Any particular spot you'd like me to work on?"
A soft noise left Rem's mouth as she feels Lettie's warm, oiled hands place themselves on her back. It already felt good. Not that this was any surprise, Lettie was always quite good at this.
She considered Lettie's question "I've been a little sore lately. If you were going to put extra effort anywhere I think it should be my lower back and my legs." Really neither place should be a surprise with all the running around and heavy lifting she did in her day to day tasks.
"Though... It may sound selfish, but I think it would be a shame for you to go to this effort and not do a fully body massage." This was definitely not something Rem would say when they first started dating. Now though she only said it with slight embarrassment.
Rem's response delights her; Lettie grins, although Rem can't see it; the delight is evident in her voice. "It's not selfish, darling. You do deserve a full body massage, considering all the work you do around here."
She deliberately sticks to Rem's upper back and arms for the moment, working out any knots she finds, and making sure she's completely relaxed before sliding her hands further down. "You should let me pamper you more often."
She can hear Lettie's delight and it makes it easier to give in to this indulgence. She tried her best to take care of all of Lettie's needs, but sometimes she let the elf pamper her. It helped that Lettie clearly liked doing things like this as well.
When Lettie loosens a particularly tense knot in Rem's back she lets out a soft moan and her back arches briefly. Her face reddens a bit at this, but she doesn't acknowledge it beyond that.
"Mm it feels nicer when it's something special though." While Lettie in turn couldn't see her face there was an a-typical mischief in her tone "Maybe I can be talked into one day a week that's just for us though."
